Barn Chores: This is the bulk of what volunteers spend their time on. You should be able to lift hay bales, full water buckets, shavings bags, and muck buckets; walk distances on a variety of terrains; scrub water tanks; and work in varying types of weather.
Grooming: You will need to be able to catch and lead horses to be groomed from the paddocks under the direction of coordinators and will need to be able to deal with any potential physical and behavioral issues.
Basic Groundwork: This task is limited to volunteers experienced with horse training and rescue horses under the direction of coordinators and trainers.
Do you have any physical limitations: ie allergies, mobility, lifting restrictions, etc.
